Associate HR and Admin :
Qualification : MBA or parallel qualification in HR and administration or experience with bachelor’s degree.
Experience : 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills : 1. Well conversant and having good communication skills in spoken and written languages (English/Hindi/Marathi).
2. Knowledge of labour laws (preferred) for eg like knowledge of laws like MLWF, PPF, PT , ESIC.
3. Good command over MS Word , MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
4. Knowledge about ISO would be an added advantage.
