  • Assist the manager with daily tasks
  • Manage and prioritize manager’s schedules and set up meetings
  • Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests, and identify those of importance which require immediate attention
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Attending meetings & keep minutes during meetings
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation
  • Handle bank accounts, prepare bank deposits.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Multitasking


  • Bachelor’s & Post-Graduation Degree in business related fields
  • Experience required  3 to 10 years
